My Boulder heritage goes back to my great-grandmother (on mother's side). Her name was Mae Viele Liston. I am also connected to, however loosely, Roy Viele. I understand that the Viele family was one of the first families to settle in the Boulder area. Any information would be greatly appreciated. I am trying to find information about Guy S. Hubert who was a newspaper man in Longmont in about 1909. We do know that he was staying in Longmont during September 1909 as a letter was sent to him telling him of the birth of his daughter. Please reply to hcconnell@hotmail.com Thank you for your help

This was a very helpful site to learn about the various newspapers in Boulder's history. I am searching for any newspaper jobs that Caroline (Carrie) Ingalls may have had in 1905-1906 as she was in Boulder for her health (sinus and asthma). Any other ideas? Connie R.
